PermitFeed subscriptions are billed at [$ TBD] per month per territory.
Pricing may vary based on territory size, service type, and distribution availability. The price agreed upon at the time of your subscription will remain in effect for the duration of that billing period.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing cycle begins on the date your first paid subscription starts. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period.
We accept payment via [payment methods TBD — e.g., credit card, ACH, invoicing].
We may offer free trial periods or pilot programs at our discretion. Unless you agree to a paid subscription at the end of a trial, your access to the product will end when the trial period concludes. No payment information is required to participate in a trial.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you of any pricing changes before your next renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@kco-systems.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive the product through the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access through the end of that cycle.
If there is a material service failure (e.g., we fail to deliver the weekly digest for two or more consecutive weeks), we will issue a credit or refund for the affected period at our discretion.
If payment fails or is not received within [7/14] days of the billing date, we may suspend delivery of the product until the balance is resolved. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension.
If an account remains unpaid for [30/60] days, we may terminate the subscription and release the territory for other subscribers.
We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.
